MyCub grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Application for your personal, non-commercial use strictly in accordance with these Terms.
You are solely responsible for the content and data you input into the MyCub. We claim no ownership rights over your personal data.
Some features of the Service may be available only with a paid subscription. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually), depending on the type of subscription plan you select.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
